Two way Learning

by James Warren

1992 Australian of the year Mandawuy Yunupingu implemented a concept called two way “two way learning” in which there is learning in both worlds. What can we learn from each other?

In 1994 he did this interview with Fred Tietjen entitled “Freedom and Global Survival”
– excerpted from Rhythm Music Magazine May, 1994

Australia Has a Black History. Tomorrow please take the time to acknowledge the indigenous custodians of the land that have survived here in harmony for 40,000 years and then managed to survive another 226 years of colonization. There is no reason anyone should have to fight to exist and survive. We can learn so much from the indigenous.
